These terms apply to your use of the Always Clean Co website and to the cleaning services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & bookings
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary if the size, condition or scope of the job differs from what was described. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, date and price with you.
Our services
We aim to provide a high standard of cleaning on every visit. To help us do our best work, please ensure our team has safe access to the property and that valuables and fragile items are secured or noted in advance.
Satisfaction guarantee
We back our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with any part of a clean, let us know within the guarantee period and we’ll return to make it right. For end of lease cleans, our bond-back guarantee applies to the items on the agreed checklist.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For NDIS participants, we provide clear, itemised invoices in line with your plan.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Liability
We are fully insured and take great care in your home or workplace. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
