Which areas do you service?
We provide cleaning services across Adelaide, Alice Springs and Melbourne — including the surrounding suburbs of each. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, just ask and we’ll let you know.
Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
Yes. Every Always Clean Co cleaner is police-checked, fully trained and covered by our $20 million public liability insurance, so you can have complete peace of mind.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, our teams bring everything needed for the job. We use eco-friendly, low-tox products wherever possible. If you’d prefer we use specific products in your home, just let us know.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. We back every clean with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, let us know within the guarantee period and we’ll make it right.
Do you provide a bond-back guarantee for end of lease cleans?
Yes. Our end of lease cleans follow the checklists property managers use, and if your agent flags any area we cleaned at the final inspection, we’ll return and re-clean it free of charge.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes, we’re a registered NDIS cleaning provider and work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants, with clear, itemised invoicing for your plan.
Can I book regular cleans?
Of course. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans, as well as one-off deep and spring cleans. Wherever possible, you’ll have the same trusted cleaner each visit.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem — just give us reasonable notice and we’ll happily reschedule your clean to a time that suits you.
